MyTable
Terms
Last updated 11 October 2026
Draft. This wording is not final yet and may change before it is approved.
These terms apply when you book a table through MyTable, the online booking system that restaurants, cafés and bars use. By making a booking, you agree to them.
Your booking is with the venue
MyTable passes your booking to the venue and sends you emails about it. Your booking is an arrangement between you and the venue. The venue sets its opening hours, its tables and its own booking policy (for example, how long a table is held or how much notice to give when you cancel), and its booking page links to that policy.
Your part
- give your real name and contact details, so the venue can reach you
- book only tables you intend to use
- change or cancel your booking if your plans change, using the link in your confirmation email
- tell the venue directly about anything important, such as a serious allergy
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel online while the venue's booking policy allows. After that, contact the venue. The venue may change or cancel a booking, for example if it has to close; if it does, we will email you.
The booking service
We work to keep MyTable available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your privacy
Our privacy policy explains what we collect when you book, why, how long it is kept and how to ask for it to be seen or deleted.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
